Abstract :
This study aims to find out how the local government in evaluating begging in Medan City and to find out the inhibiting factors in implementing Medan City Regional Regulation number 6 of 2003 concerning the prohibition of homeless and begging as well as immoral practices in Medan City. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and documentation.
