Abstract :
The Constitution of the United States of America offers a more solid foundation for the right to life and liberty than any of the other written constitutions in the world. “Even though the original Constitution of 1787 did not include any charter on basic rights and freedoms, the first Ten Amendments adopted to the United States Constitution, 1791, which are often referred to as the Bill of Rights, include a number of rights that are inalienable and sacrosanct and are essential to the human existence.

This issue manifests itself in a variety of ways, and the degree to which it occurs, the frequency with which it occurs, and the seriousness with which it occurs may all vary. It also takes a variety of forms, such as theft, pickpocketing, chronic drug use, sexual offences, violent protests, and so on. In order to mould the child into a responsible and knowledgeable citizen who will one day lead the country, he has to be raised in an environment that is appropriate and get appropriate moral instruction.

The entry of this pandemic had an impact on the general election which was originally scheduled for 23 September 2020, but was postponed to 9 December 2020. The General Election Commission (KPU) issued General Election Commission Regulation (PKPU) number 13 of 2020 in response to this pandemic.
