Abstract :
This study aimed to assess the least-mastered skills of the students, develop web-based instructional materials in General Mathematics, and validate the web-based instructional materials based on the comments and suggestions of the teacher-experts. The researchers employed a developmental research design developed by Richey and Klein Model (2005).
