Instructional Practices, Students’ Readiness and Industry Needs: Bases for an OJT Program Framework

Survey, interview and documentary analysis revealed that instructional practices of the college faculty are significantly related to students’ readiness. महिलाओं के प्रति आदर भाव और सम्मान प्रकट करने के लिए हर वर्ष 8 मार्च को मनाया जाने वाला अंतराष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस एक विषेष दिन है। हमारे देष में महिलायें आज सामाजिक आर्थिक, राजनैतिक रुप से अनेक उपलब्धियाँ हासिल कर रही हैं। देष और सामाज के उत्थान में महिलाओं ने हमेषा से बढ़-चढ़कर हिस्सा लिया हैं। चाहे वह 1847 में मिली आजादी देष की महिलाओं ने सदैव भारत का गौरव बढ़ाया है।

गुजरात की बौद्ध गुफ़ाओं की झाँकी

यवन धर्मरक्षित ने जूनागढ़ में रहकर राज्य की सहायता से बौद्ध धर्म का प्रचार-प्रसार किया था। धर्म रक्षित ने सौराष्ट्र में 37000 लोगों को बौद्ध धर्मी बनाए थे। लेकिन वैदिक धर्म के आक्रमण का सामना बौद्ध धर्मकर सका नहीं। ई.स. 975 के पश्यात गुजरात से बौद्ध धर्म धीरे-धीरे लुप्त होता गया। पिछले 1100 वर्ष के दीर्घ विराम बाद लोगों की इच्छा से बौद्ध धर्म का पुन: आगमन हो रहा है। पिछली कुछ सदियों में बौद्ध धर्म का उदय तेज़ी से होता हुआ दिखाई दे रहा है। सदियों के विराम के बाद भी बौद्ध धर्म की अमिट छाप आज भी चमक रही है।
